For approving product designs and user journeys: all granular decisions are made by our product team of world-class professionals that have built products for some of the biggest companies in the world. However, big picture decisions -- like platform direction, big decisions etc... -- should be signed off by a DAO vote.
For development: all development should be briefed to the development team on our internal Slack and/or Monday. Michael, our CTO, will triage, coordinate and manage the implementation.
For announcing news: the EarthFund team should work with our PR agency to coordinate the release of news to make the biggest impact. Once the news is live, our community on Telegram will be told first, then the general public.
For suggesting new features: our community can use this form to suggest new features and give feedback on the platform, marketing, etc... These are then reviewed by the Product Team and implemented if agreed upon.
For approving design and branding: all design and branding decisions (new landing pages, advertising, collateral, social media posts) are to go through the creative director.
For approving copy and messaging: all copy, messaging and word-related decisions (social media copy, press releases, landing page copy, promotional copy, etc...) should be approved by our Head of Language.
For making changes to legal structure: our outside and in-house counsel are responsible for handling all legal matters.
For adding a cause to the platform: new causes can be added to the platform easily. Simply suggest a cause, pay the small fee and -- once approved by the EarthFund DAO -- you'll be added to the platform.
For approving a new partnership: all new partnerships and significant business decisions will be put to a vote by the DAO.
